I got the idea for a new item wich alot of int carries or at least would beneficiate.
The item doesnt give a solid amount of mana it depends on your total mana pool and how much you have at the moment ex: if you have 100% mana and 100% of your mana is 2000 it will give you 0.5 mana regen but if you have 50% of mana it will give lets say 13 mana regen. BUT if you have 100% of your mana and 100% of mana means 1000 mana you would gain 0.25 mana regen at 100% while at 50% you would get 7.50. Still i would leave the numbers to S2 since its based on % of mana atm and total and im sure S2 wont make it OP. I hope
The whole point is its more effective the less mana you have at the moment. It would give more mana regen the less mana, with or without a cap (this depends on the item ever being implemented and if it is i think its up to the designers giving it a cap or not) making it really effective late game. Perhaps even for gankers since the mana regen wouldnt be its only effect.
:Sustainer: 1750 g
:GreatArcana: 1575 g
Besides the effect it gives + 27 or +30 dmg (if you add the dmg from sustainer and great arcana its 27 BUT perhaps making it 30 is better)
+10 atk speed. (the 6 int that great arcana gives could be ignored since the effect is a good replacer)
IF any1 has any ideas or suggestions ples feel free to speak your mind. (havent thought of a name yet perhaps with some help).
PS: if the item ever get implemented in the game and i have used the idea of someone that posted a suggestion to help me out i will give credit.

Interesting concept. Tho i think it should be sustainer a great arcana and the recipe. besides the dmg and atk speed that great arcana and sustainer have your effect is just fine.
Too expensive no?
I guess this item was meant for early game,if not i dont see why would some1 get this item instead for other regen items like hellflower or nullstone.
Kinda overlaps with Bloodstone and Refresher orb.
