Smackdown Improvement

Proposed Improvement:
Improving successful taunts by making their post-kill sound global. (How Pudge's ultimate in DotA made a global sound.)

Example:
- Rampage taunts Scout. His pre-smackdown taunt animation is of Rampage pointing at the enemy and saying "I shall dance on your grave"

- Scout dies to rampage, and Rampage's post-smackdown animation has him saying "Nothing but dust on the foot".

- My suggestion is to make the sound of the post-smackdown global on both teams. Meaning that after Scout is killed in this example, the annoucer will go "Smackdown!" followed my Rampage globally saying "Nothing but dust on the foot".

- Note: This is only for the post-smackdown sound, as for obvious reasons the pre-smackdown one would get annoying.

- Also, actual announcer voices will take priority over this to avoid spam and confusion. This is just to make each heroes taunt more noticeable, but no where near the volume of an announcer.

- Currently:The post-smackdown audio is played after the taunt, but is often unheard due to the announcer and since its not global.

Thanks to Phritz for the taunt information.


Pros:
- Fun
- Would allow players to hear each characters (post-smackdown) taunt easily (I still don't know for many of them, actually took me a while to realize there was one!)
- Would add to the taunt without visually changing game-play
- Simple, neat and easily implemented (I think since they already have many global sounds like )
- Would let people in other lanes know who got the smackdown without checking.

Cons:
- Some people may find it annoying, but that is why this feature should be able to be turned off via the options menu. Like announcers and unit reactions. (Note: at the moment, you will not hear the taunts with unit reactions off)

Please give me feedback if you voted no. I will update this post and give credit should there be any reasonable and plausible suggestions.

EDIT: I am aware that there is a similar thread to add animations post-smackdown. I did vote yes on that poll, this is just a separate and maybe a more easily implemented idea.
