This is my solutions for disconect players leavers ecc...
Step 1
If anyone play a game and have a 1 or + leaver the matchmaking system find for your team other player.
Ok.... so, if i play match making and i don't want play a game at 30 min...? no problem u can select that voice in matchmaking, "play a game has been started" with this options a people who have low time for play can join a game started, and using hero leaver, can replace the ability and(sell value item for100% gold???) your choice will be a game s2.
Step 2
Only friend can enter in a game has been started to replace the leaver...
Only problem for this suggestion is, if the player is afk for 30 min and he don't get farm
how can we solve this problem?
Other solutions is he take the amount of gold of lower or middle farmer in the team, example:
Magebane feeded and freefarmed take 10000 gold in 30 min.
Nimphora lower farmer take only 2500 gold in 30 min.
Magmus middle farmer take 5k gold in 30 min...
we can give for the new entrance 3750 gold and he can replace the ability for the hero.
Other problem is, if i kick a player because he is nab and i want my friend (log in now) in the game how i can resolve this?
If u kick a player u can't invite a player in your game, but is random.
Obviosly match making system can find a player with rating = equal to that of leavers.
I understand... this is a big implementation, but is a big solutions for leaver.

Hm, had a hard time understanding what you were trying to say.
Anyways, you want your leavers to be replaced after they've been terminated from the game, by either a random player or a friend.
I like the idea, but I don't want it implemented this way.
You really need to work out your idea. When a new player joins, what level will he start? Is there a time limit for the player to join a ongoing game? What hero will he play, will he take over the hero or get a new one? (seems really unreasonable to get a new one as that might change tactics in your favor).
Biggest problem would be that people won't play this mode. Most of the leavers come forth out of ragers in games that are basically already lost, you don't want to join such a game just to lose mmr and play with a bunch of ragers.
if u are the replacer of the leaver u take the hero leaver...
The replacer start at medium level, example:
Magebane is at level 16 max current level.
Midas is level 10.
Now if u are the replacer u take level 13 ok?
This is only for replace hero level 1
You mean you can only replace leavers that left at the beginning of the game? Fair enough.
