some of these macros are a bit "naughty"
and even if they are not "naughty", spamming the chat with macros can result in a account ban


Hints for making macros:

ALL macros have been coded with a extra "/emote " command to make sure the macro doesnt get cut off when its long,
this also makes it stand out compaired to normal text

post a macro on the forum in between code tags [code]insertmacrocode[/code] else all multiple spaces will be removed

if your macro line starts white, still type the ^w because /emote will force it to use the color of the player if nothing is defined

never start your macro with a ^:

limit the use of black because with HoN's dark theme it is hardly visible

if your macro line ends with a "V" or a "|" place a "^g" at the end
to prevent a bug after a while (////////// showing up in your macro)

avoid using {} brackets and use () or [] in stead cause {} will give you expr_errors

sadly enough bad language will get filtered on the forums,
this means that you will get **** in your macro if you do not replace it by hand

Guide2chatmacro's:

1. download and unzip SkylinxChatMacros https://mega.co.nz/#!8YQXDDzT!ImuW73...fUzuetcp_8BhRk
2. copy HoN_ModMan.exe to your desktop or documents
3. copy macroassist.honmod to your hon\mods folder (C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game\mods)
4. start HoN_ModMan.exe (make sure your HoN is not running) and select your HoN folder if it does not auto find it (C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth)
5. select your mods you want and "enable" them by clicking the button right bottom
6. now press "file" -> "apply mods and launch HoN"
7. when HoN launched go to options -> mods -> macro assist
8. 5 Line ASCII Macros (Set 1) -> insert your macro 1 line at a time, 5 lines total -> bind a key that you do not use ingame already and bind it to your specific macro
9. press "OK" and try it out in a game now

so you get the code from a macro you like
for example

/emote ^: ^g       ____    __   ____   ______   __________ 
/emote ^:^g      /   __  \/  /  /  /    |/   /  __  \/  ____/  __   \
/emote ^:^g    /   /  /  /  /  /  /  /|_/  /   /_/  /  __/  /  /  /   /
/emote ^:^g  /   /_/  /  /_/  /  /    /  /  ____/  /___/  /_/   / 
/emote ^:^g/_____/\____/_/    /_/_/      /_____/_____/

login on hon
go to options
select the mods tab
select macro assist (configure)
select a tab (the example is a 5 line macro so you take a 5line macro tab, you have 9 sets of those)

ok now you have 5 lines: ASCII 1 Line 1 and so on
every line of your macro should be filled in seperately

then you bind a hotkey to the specific macro AND/OR you select the option "enable this macro for random macro x"

thats all now when you are in a game and press your key you bound to your macro your macro will get displayed

ok so, these are great mods and i would really like to have them D:, but i don't know how to even with hon macro assist its so confusing about how to put them in do you have to take each line and put it in or something PLEASE HELP ME <3
