Its not working, the problem is whenever i Use OpenGL and i restart HoN it doesnt restart, it shows me checking for updates and a fading black screen and then like nothing happened..
I'm inclined to say it might be your graphic card. However, first try a clean reinstall.
Disable UAC and all antivirus software, then uninstall HoN, delete the Documents\Heroes of Newerth and Program Files\Heroes of Newerth directory, then reinstall HoN using the latest installer.
Okay, I talked with the higher-up. Because your G31 support OpenGl 1.4+, you will need to download additional extensions. Without extensions, you may run into issues like what you may have experienced.
Also, if you are looking at the river during the game, try disabling your river visuals via the console (ctrl-f8 and type vid_water false).
Should you still need additional help, can you upload your newest console.log to see if the problem still exists after the updates.
Until opengl works via updating w/ extension (2.0 for the water textures), use directX instead. Having said that, can you upload a console.log with directX running instead?
If the problem still persist, you may have to end up replacing your video card with something stronger.
