Can't see any public game

Hi,

Since some weeks I can't see public games at all. The server always answer me that there is no games (I don't put any filter).

Can't you please have a look on my console log file to find what happens ?

Your directX is restarting several time. You also appear to be receiving info from the public game list. It is most likely that the restarts is also clearing your game list.

Try the following:
- drivers & windows are up-to-date

Uninstall and make sure the following folders are gone before you reinstall
c:/program files/heroes of newerth/
c:/users/<USER>/my documents/heroes of newerth/
documents/heroes of newerth/

Are you on a router?
If so, make sure it is forwarding properly and the firmware for it is up-to-date.

Also try restarting your modem/router.

Also check if your firewall is blocking something from HoN. Disable your firewall or add an exception for HoN.

Also run a ping test with the game servers that are close to you

Can you also check if you can find servers if you try to host a game (non-practice)?

Ping is ok on FR server (no packet loss). I have a box but firewall is disable.

Were can find port information for hon ?
