Where are the good old S2 artists? Or they are the same but lost their talent?

Chipper's one was awesome, but I personally like Artesia's one.

Shadowblade Alt and Salforis have outstanding artworks. Same goes for Artesia on the splashscreen.

I think they are too busy doing in-game arts such as alts to spend time doing better concept arts.
I was just watching the other bruce's blog and I came up to this, anyone else remembers it?
I'd much rather S2 spend time making the stuff I see and get to use in game than concept art that doesnt mean **** besides looking pretty.
