Super fun and strong if you manage to hit your spells, aint that hard when you got some training.
Why is there so few mentioning Jeraziah? While not a very good babysitter his skills are so freaking good.
His heal is amazing, his magic immunity shield makes jaws drop and his ult wins every teamfight out there.
jeraziah for sure, rush ring and then the money comes in thousands.

He might not have that babysitting potential of DS, but he does have one of the best ultimates in the game.
Very strong support. Does not need anything besides his striders to be played effectively. He's also THE sololaner, if you're up against someone who knows how to play. In my opinion, one of the strongest supports in the game, not to mention somewhat easy to play.
My favourite. He is often played as a semicarry, but really shines as a support if your team really needs one. Good slow and harass early game, can easily net in some kills. Positioning can be a little difficult in teamfights, as you often have to manage to get in the middle of the fight to land a perfect ulti, which isn't easy considering how squishy he is.
Her stun can burst out a decent amount of damage, and her aurora (I think that's what the spell is called) is immensely long and doesn't cost much mana. Great for babysitting and roaming.
His debuff is a pain in the ass, as you can't bottle between each tick, and is even more of a pain when synchronized with his ultimate. His stun is rather easy to disjoint though.
Great for CC'ing, but I don't think he's popular in the higher brackets, which I think explains why I don't like having a witch as my support.
Exceptionally annyoing to have against you. Her constant binds, which also silences, is really amazing in the laning phase. Combined with her slow, it dishes out a decent amount of damage. She can also heal if you feel like you're up against a hard lane, and her ultimate is very great against initiators.. Obviously.
:jera: Very great for babysitting. If up against someone like, his magic immune will be enough to save a couple of lives. His healing is also extremely great for harassing, which can easily give you the lane dominance. While he is a good support, he really needs his manaring and ghostmarchers to get going. From my own experiences, you are practically useless after your third heal in the laning phase, unless you get that manaring really fast, but after that you will end up like a living nightmare to the other team. Your gamebreaking ulti, massive AoE slow, and everlasting magic immune scales REALLY well later on. He is extremely countered by

I know there are many other support characters I haven't involved into my post, but by the end of the day, I think that :jera:

I don't think I can call what :jera: does is babysitting, but a good Jeraziah won't let his comrade die unless it's 3v2, or maybe more.

IMO, plague and demented are the best supp heros...
The good thing about plague is, even if ur team is doin g ****, u can end p carrying them as well, considering they are not TOTAL noobs...
Its happened twice today i carried with a pr and won the game starting out first as a support pr...
Demented is THE most fun supp to play, as early game ur OP.
Just heal nuke melee heros out of the lane and if u see a teammate coming to gank, just apply snare and its almost always a sure kill.
Definitely pick up PR, its THE most value for money hero in the game
