QUESTION: how can I bind a macro to NORMAL or PREGAME chat?

So basically, everbody knows how bind macros with something like this:

bind "9" TeamChat MID MISSING WOOOOOOOOOO

But I dont want that. I want to be able to macro in the chat server AND matchmaking pregame lobby (during the picking phase). NOT ingame. How is this possible? Is this possible? Please help. Anybody. AllChat and TeamChat will not work for what I want to do.

ctrl+f8

type:

bind "key here" AllChat "GG"

press the key you designated during a game to use "GG" in allchat.

Rofl, need macros for your pro strats? Nice try. You mean you want a way to chat-spam-troll people 24/7.

Anyways, you have to use the BindImpulse command.

I dont spam annoying macros :/. I'll drop some G's if the situation merits it but its a rarity.
