6'4 its quite annoying the thing that bugs me is in supermarkets people asking me to get stuff from the top shelf. you wont see me asking a dwarf to get me something off the bottom shelf

I never had pain from growth spurts. I went from 5'3" to 5'10" when I was 14. Now I'm around 6'2"~ish.

Anyone who is 6 to 6-3 in my humble opinion is in good shape. Something about being that height portrays natural confidence, even though it may not be true and you as a person have no say over it.
Taller then that, well, not desirable. Being overly short is bad news as well, you will have to work harder for people to take you seriously.

i'm 6,3 foot and i don't have problems with any of this, i guess you live in midget land? lemme guess, America? Because in Denmark that's like standard height. Also all doors are 210cm tall in Denmark so no banging heads
Actually, the average height in Denmark is 5'10" or 179.5cm for males over 16.

Actually wikipedia says the average danish height is 180.6cm (5' 11.1") for men and 166.9 (5' 5.7") for women.
