Ive been playing about with this for about an hour in practice seeing what times ive been getting by jungling with blood hunter from 1-6
It seems to be somewhat effective so far as it allows him to get solo lane exp and a large amount of gold, the most obvious drawback is not getting early ganks
Anyone have any idea as to weither this would be worth putting some time into or weither i should just lane with him? :P
Hmm well he isn't much of a ganker until level 6 anyway. But his silence is good to spam early game versus low hp heroes. I am guessing you buy poor man's shield first?
Its a bit of a pain at the start so im thinking of laning until about level 3 then jungling till 6, since by 3 you could have a loggers hatchet iron buckler (2?) and a health potion or 2 if things get a little bad
I think if its going to be a viable way to get to level 6 fast it would be in easy mode though
Played around abit with dual laning till 3 then going to jungle with 2 iron bucklers and a loggers hatchet and got to 6 in just under 8 mins non em so im gonna do a dual lane and compare them now (then single lane)

Don't play easy mode please, you will learn more from playing non em. Get Iron shield, rather than 2 iron bucklers. With your health regen move and iron shield, it shouldn't be too hard at lvl 3. Try it out and let us know how you go.
he said non-em
twk.
To all the people who said that I'd never be able to write a joke about Bukkake. Hah! In your face
Well doing dual lane takes longer than doing dual lane to 3 then jungle to 6
Iron Shield+Loggers Hatchet got me through the jungle with no extra support in just under 8 mins while dual laning took quite a bit longer, im guessing i would get roughly the same result as jungling doing solo lane but BH isnt really a solo laner anyway as theres generally gonna be more suitable heroes for that
And this isnt in EM no
taking roughly 3 mins to get to level 3 dual laning so once i return to base i hit the jungle at about 3:50
Hit level 6 at 7:32, seems mostly dependant on the creeps that spawn i got unlucky with 3 minotuar camps and they are a pain to do

A good choice would be to stack the closest creep camp to the lane(the one that always gets pulled), at 50ish seconds(before the 1st min), so that you can deny the entire 3rd creep wave and get a lot of xp, that creep camp should put you at(or near) the 3rd level(depending on which creeps spawn).
At 3(or 4) you can proceed to the jungle.
Doing this twice, usually results in one level more for both you and your lane partner, than the opposing team(depends on the creeps again), since you deny at least 6 creeps(in total) while your lane partner farms near the tower.
BH is one of (if not the best) solo hero to counter nukers in mid. He is often picked to counter selections like ThunderBringer, Plague Rider, Succubus, Moon Queen, etc. While he may not be as effective vs ranged agility, such as Arachna, he is still more then capable of handling a lane by himself.

I've actually never even thought about jungling Blood Hunter, it sounds very interesting! But it is abit of a waste I belive since BH is (one of) the strongest mid-solo hero.

My general rule of thumb is that melee agi's need to be babysat or very careful until lvl 11 when they can really start putting out some good dmg.
Not a bad idea. I'll try it sometime when we have a stronger solo than myself for mid and let you know what I think.

I am of the firm opinion that subtracting "raging stupidity" from anyone's voice can only cause them to sound more like myself.
He jungles very slow at levels 1-5, and only moderately fast at levels 6+. A option would be mass pulls top lane scourge, but realistically this hero should only be played under very specific conditions.
Andro is a terrible solo mid. Stun and Aurora can NOT put Blood Hunter out of a lane, unless the Blood Hunter is retarded. I solo'd against a Soulstealer today (Who has much more spammable and damaging nukes, not to mention superior lasthitting) and I dominated his face. A set of Runes of Blight can be used if your health drops a bit, and an HP pot is enough to cover the emergency of screwing up several last hits in a row.
