I tried in a practice mode and noticed that ghostmarchers effect and posthaste are stacking.. swift gains 517 movementspeed from frostburn, ghostmarchers and posthaste.
not sure if right prefix
Ghost Marchers' state is supposed to stack with everything (except itself).
Base MS = 305
+ MS = 105 (Post Haste's 105 overrides Ghost Marchers' 70)
+ %MS = 12 (Ghost Marcher's active state) + 14 (Frostburn's passive + %MS) = +26%
(305 + 105)*1.26 = 516.6, rounded up to 517
