Skill level? How to raise it

I'm pretty decent at HoN and I want to improve. What should I do to improve my gameplay and just general 'clue' about the game? In other games I've played you would watch 'videos / demos / povs (point of views) to improve such things and I really don't know where to start in HoN?

I mostly just play pubs, but going to make a team of irl mates and start playing competitively or hopefully at least :]

    Any ideas or suggestions welcome

    thanks in advance

As you said, Play With You'r mates, Learn eachothers Strenths/Weaknesses and Improve on that, Aswell as if their crap in an area, Tell them over, and over, And Over. That's What i've done and i built a sturdy 5v5 team. ...(OVER 2 YEARS...) (:

Yeah but to be honest not really what I'm looking for..

Like yeah I know that, but I wanna see how I can improve? Like yeah I know keep playing the game and playing with mates but like, should I watch pro's matches/leauges and take note of what theyr doing, why they are doing it and that sort of thing?

If yes to that, link me please

All of the Stridah/chapy casted videos are great to watch due to him being a mad dawg and explaining everything.

Lots of QuC matches have been uploaded to various sites like Youtube. Go to either the Clan forum or the fan media forum for more vids.

Look up totall Noobie, sogovegeta, the good old mym or team Sk Teams, Thats how i learnt how to lane, last hit and technical elements of playing. the best way to improve you'rself is to surround yourself with top tier players, at first you may get mashed and smashed, but eventually you'll learn and pick up new skills and eventually be able to stand you'r ground. Tikal, if you wish you can Add Me, we'll play a few games together and i'll recommend how you could improve? [:

Elzaros, depending on your skill level, i may be assistance too you. im not "Pro", but i on adverage in a 1650+ game dish out a 10-1-10 K;D, seeming you have pre-paid for the game, i would'nt mind to help out and attempt to improve your skills as well as tikal's.

I would recommend that you spend as much time as you can afford reading the forums and watching replays. You might have to sift through a lot of useless stuff to get to the good info, but it's all in the name of education.

Also, there's really no substitute for experience. Hundreds and hundreds of games. If you're reading forums and watching replays during this process it'll all come together.

just practice a lot and spend time in the forums too reading new stuff and news.

It'd be also better if you watch replays there you will be able to learn a lot.
