    "error when refreshing upgrades, you have been logged out"

    One of my friends recently started playing hon. He created his account this wednesday (7-12). He is able to play games like a normal basic account, but he is unable to see stats, record stats and whenever a game ends (concede or shrine dying) he instantly disconnects and gets this error message:

    My first thought it was due to the power issues at that day, but the sticky on GD noted that the account would not exist, which it does since he IS actually able to play games.

    Oh he also just found out that he is now unable to join a matchmaking game, when he clicks on play all his MMR is 0.

    I'm having this same problem. Stats aren't saving, can't join matchmaking with friends.... any solutions?

    i think i know whats the problem with this... We created out account maybe last night or just before the game server down. I think our account is bugged now. Anyone can help with this? I bought 30usd for my account... I dont want to waste money on a new one anymore man...

    I think what MrEnox is correct. My friend made a new account and is now able to play normally. Though it is not a main fix, at least you can play some with stats, get coins etc.

    I'd love to see those in trouble still get help though.

    but i wasted 30usd for this account .... thats a waste man ... cant use the heroes i wanted ...

    If you bought the game for $30 dollars then something is really wrong, you should no longer be capable of buying the full game. If you were charged 30 dollars please contact customer support.

    As for the main issue, just contact tech support about the account name if it is held up and he wants it.
