Yes
No
I just dont know why You keep talking for everyone?
Speak for yourself and not for "people" because if there is even few persons voting "yes" then your "people dont want" is wrong. Also, check the original post where it got 600+ Yes votes.
Now come again and tell me people donīt want this.
Being seductive is slutty? Lol.
In every game? Can you name a few games where they sound slutty to back up your statements or are you just talking ****?

Let me make it clear that I don't support the generalizations made even if people agree with me. I don't think everyone who supports this announcer is a no-life virgin in desperate need of a good lay, although I don't doubt that a few of them are. I'm sure a lot of guys in perfectly healthy relationships or otherwise good social lives would think an announcer such as this is funny and vote yes.
That doesn't take away the fact that it is sexist, and that I really don't think this game needs more of it. In that regard I do agree with Elune, less relying on crappy cliches and resorting to cheap marketing methods, and more time invested into coming up with epic ideas to give the game those one-of-a-kind aspects we're looking for.
I voted no. I shall say why.
The continued reliance of archetypical female traits is, to be frank, heinous and lame. Not only of S2's objectification of the female anatomy (though I also have a bone to pick with Riot! so such as well) through continued concept design and model creation, but as mentioned, the inclusion of the obviously exaggerated and discriminatory nature of the "Flamboyant" pack.
And now, the above is being suggested. Fantastic. Yet more fuel for the sniggering teens. I am for parody, as well as obviously "themed" announcers that do not directly impact upon real minorities or groups, but content of the above (and flamboyant) is just poor taste.
IMO.
Wow, i just heard that women have feelings too! WHAT ON EARTH?!
As said, get over it. Lhune can be a prime example here, she doesnt want this in the game. And when one gender doesnt want it in here, the other one should accept it too. The idea is bad. End. The only reason this is in here is because we have some hentai mods that think "HOLOLOL FEMALE = SEDUCTIVE, A MUST" all over the place. Just look at their icons and how they write.
The pack doesnt make me happy. The fact itīs making you mad, makes me happy which is the real purpose of an announcer pack. Iīm glad itīs working.
So now Lhune speaks for female gender?
Are you serious?
"And when one gender doesnt want it in here, the other one should accept it too" - Itīs just so dumb I canīt even say anything about it.
What is dumb about it? Having something other games of the same genre donīt have doesnt make it one of a kind?

They may not have that one specific thing (though I'd say it's just a matter of time), but practically all games of this genre resort to cheap marketing tricks similar to this announcer, as kierensays explained very well. It's not unique or special in any way, in fact I would say it was extremely predictable that an announcer such as this would be suggested at some point.
Elune, I appreciate your support but please don't try to speak for me. You have your own arguments as I have mine, and I'll voice my own if there's a need for them.
Their primary purpose is to make money. But in order to do so, there are many very important things a company needs to do (among many other things), such as offer consistent quality, evolve with and most importantly outshine their competition.
Cheap marketing tricks will only get you so far, and at the moment S2 is milking that out to an extreme. At some point people just won't buy it anymore. At some point people will have spent enough money on buying fancy alts or funny announcers and demand something better than that. It's already happening and it'll only get worse if they keep doing it.
Itīs already happening?
Again, throwing out baseless statements. Do You have statistics about how many of those "cheap marketing" avatars have been bought over the last year or so? Or you think that if you didnt buy some of it, noone else bought it too?
I can just as well say that those avatars are selling more and more each time new one is released. Just because I say it doesnt make it so.
Stop coming up with arguments you canīt backup.
Have you really not noticed? Back in the day when the first alt avatars were released, everyone was super-enthusiastic. It was refreshing and awesome to be able to buy a new skin for a hero and people loved it. A new hero was introduced maybe once or twice a month and we'd have time to get to know it and get used to it. Now, S2 is throwing sales all over the place just to get rid of them, a lot of the new alternatives have been heavily criticized on the forums. The heroes they've come up with have largely been lame or broken, it seems as though since the introduction of the F2P system, S2 is preoccupied with cranking out as many (relatively low-quality) ideas as they can within a short amount of time just to get some quick money, whereas I'd suggest they spend more time coming up with great ideas that'll bring in more money in one go.
