Only for or against the very idea itself not the lines, they are just examples.
Below are the possible lines which can be used for the pack.

How is this any more embarrassing than the Flamboyant announcer? If I can get used to that, then you can get used to this.
And sexy is sexist? Then technically, wouldn't Succubus also be sexist as well. What about the female dominatrix torturer? OMG we need to change their theme NOW! And while we're at it, put some clothes on Ophelia, Andro, & the Arachna! Also, I think that the female engineer & martyr could also cover up just a little bit more.
HELL NO! A seductive female announcer worked for Unreal Tournament. Why wouldn't it work for HoN?
I remember back during the 90's (when Super Street Fighter II was the hottest game around) some girl wrote a letter to a gaming magazine complaining how skimpy all the female characters in SSF2 were always dressed. Well, there were only 2 female characters, 1 was Chun-Li who wore a dress with cuts on the side and the other was Cammy, who wore a 1 piece swimsuit. Really? You're SO offended by Cammy's outfit, but you have no problem with any of the male's outfits. What about Fei Long, D. Jay, E. Honda, or Zangief's outfit? Do you ever hear us guys complaining about that? And in SF3, there's even a big muscular dude who fights in a thong and ONLY a thong. And in SF4, the final boss is actually naked, but you don't hear us guys complaining about it.
I appreciate you listing your reasons though, rather than just voting "NO" and leaving without any explanation. Also, please consider my suggestions as well:

A seductive announcer is not a stereotype, but it's definitely playing with the thought that the game is played by a giant bunch of guys high on hormones. Which I won't even argue with, but just look at our hero models for starters. Have you never noticed how we have an extremely big variety of body shapes for the male heroes (old, small, tall, muscular, weak, feminine, beast), while the females are all the same with the sole exception of Hag (and only recently Monarch)? Even Arachna (as well as Mermaidon), who is a monster for the most part, has the stereotypically exposed pretty-woman, big-boobed body. You can read this article if you're still not convinced.
I also find it highly amusing how you're using the Flamboyant announcer as an argument FOR the seductive one. You don't think that was sexist? Stereotyping homosexuality to an extreme so that people can have their laughs? All in all S2 has done enough to please the majority of their fanbase (which is straight guys). While I enjoy this game regardless, I really don't think it's necessary to push that even further. It would just be a testimony to how shitty and unaccepting our community already is towards the minorities.

Itīs meant to have psychological impact on opposite team players for obvious purposes. To annoy them and try to make them lose their focus.

Yes, I've notice that, but HoN isn't the ONLY game to do that. This is something I see a lot in "Street Fighter" type of games as well. Do you really believe that HoN does it MORE then all the other games? Seriously, name as many female video games characters (that are not a NPC) that you can and tell me how many of them are fat? Hell, I even believe that John McCain choose Sarah Palin as his running mate FOR her looks. It's great that John McCain was willing to let a female be his running mate, but seriously, there are far more qualified female republicans in the U.S. I strongly believe if John McCain had choose a more experience & smarter female republican, Obama would not have won by a LANDSLIDE! Humans are shallow. But yes, I think S2 is over-doing the boob thing too, but really, who isn't? Have you compare the latest version of Lara Croft to her original design?.

No. I don't want to to hear sex sounds when i'm playing HoN. Plus you have to account for the little kids who play this game.
First. What exactly is "little kid" for you? What age?
Second. You were forced to use credit card to buy HoN, if this "little kid" had access to one, he is old enough for this announcer.
Third. Since the F2P, the new "little kids" who are still playing the game are also old enough for the pack considering they didnt let ragers get to them, proving they are mature enough to deal with it. (hope you get the point)
You must be grandmother/grandfather right? Or atleast 50 years old. And I mean it because you dont know anything about "little kids" these days.
"Little kids" play FPS games, shooting people heads off and blowing them to pieces in every way imaginable. Most likely visit youtube and other similar sites regularly, being exposed to inappropriate content all the time. But when it comes to announcer pack with female voices, God help us if they hear/see anything "inappropriate".

Yes, sex sells. But strangely enough, that phrase only seems to apply to guys? Where's the sexual content for us women/girls? Not to mention homo-/bisexuals. Like I said, S2 has done enough to please the majority in that regard.
"Everyone else does it too" is not a valid argument. I would personally like to see S2 show some backbone and come up with amazing designs without resorting to cliches and "easy" ways to please (most of) their audience. That's not saying they should make their women fat (nor the men for that matter), but they could definitely rely much less on sexual suggestiveness.
Tippa; If it's just the annoying factor then I could come up with dozens of other (probably even more annoying) things. It's also about selling, obviously, and what S2 thinks their audience would want to see and buy. Considering the amount of "no" votes on this suggestion (and I'm amazed it's in Tier1 regardless), I don't think they'd be making a good move. Especially considering their already growing reputation of having one of the worst online gaming communities.
