Random Draft and Random Hero

Hi.

What is difference between with "Game Type: Random Draft" and "Random Hero" option above Shuffle Team text.

I know what Random draft is so no need to explain it to me but it seems that Random Hero option is exactly same as Random Draft? I dont really get it, someone could help me with this one

Random Draft is where there is Alternating picks (1,2,2,2,2,1) With 12 random heroes out on the field to pick.
Random heroes is where it is a set game mode where it auto picks any hero that is out in the selection screen.
