Actually, I don't think so. Many of times I've charge early game from my fountain to someone at say top tower that was low, and they would end up running back to their fountain or hide in the woods way before I was within 2500 units, yet I never broke LoS with them even though I would of normally. The only time I've found it breaks LoS is if they blink into fog (note: if they blink into an area I can still see, the charge doesn't cancel) or if they go into fog about the same time my charge casts. I think the later may be a bug, as it ends up using the cooldown yet not charging. Well, either that's a bug, or the fact that I get granted sight of an enemy that would normally be in fog at a distance greater than 2500 is a bug.
Yea the nerf to charge happen'd in dota and it was a needed thing because lets say sb is btm he can simple charge sa when he come out to last hit and then the ppl in the lane could simpley see him and kill him it was like a free dust/vision thing it was to powerful i think his charge is fine besides the point of it getting intrerupted by heros LoS or blink/leap/surge/etc
