Why in the offical Hon Facebook page showing pictures from the NASL finals is there no one at the event? I mean there is absolutely no one there but players and the two dreadful casters, kinda sad really.

You gotta remember that the match took place at 9 AM on a Friday. A lot of people are still at school/work and aren't able to come today at all.
Even now, I'm watching Mana vs. Morrow and there's maybe 150 people here total. Maybe a few more.
I asked the NASL people and they assured me that attendance is much better on Saturday and ESPECIALLY Sunday. We expect it to be packed most of the day on Sunday.
strong 30k vieweres for starcraft and there was 14k for hon. I have faith.
Too early to tell. As some guy said, theres no one really at SC2 either. Friday mornings, most people busy.
I heard S2 payed large sums only to get attention to their game.
Therefore playing at 9am on friday in front of 20 people must have been worth the money.
But that's S2 advertising for you .... if they ever consider it, it fails miserably.
Like that "zoom in zoom out zoom in zoom out zoom in zoom out" cameragay at the interview.

Does anyone care enough to travel across the country to watch 4 matches of HoN?
For more than two hours. Obviously.
You mean like the absolutely packed theater at Dreamhack last week with the line across the convention center so long that people went to our booth to watch the game instead?
Such bad trolls these days. People need to try harder.![]()
I wasn't watching the stream all morning but when I looked at the beginning of game one, there was 14k watching the stream. At that point, there was still like 110 minutes of game still to be played in that series.
And for Dreamhack, I was there. Anyone else at the event can vouch for the line that HoN had.
Yup I was at DH (and got a shirt from xanderk!), and the crowd was definitely big. The arena even got full for the finals (had some friends who couldn't get in).
hahaha so many trolls hating on hon, it's like you genuinely WANT it to do badly.
you don't even really know how many people like to watch it, but you just claim it's dying and it's ****; both because you want it to die and because you hope that by saying it the mindless sheep-brained forum lurkers will believe you and join the bandwagon saying hon is dead
go find something else to do if you don't like hon.
When I tuned in for match 2 there were 10k viewers. Didn't follow the count but there weren't few people in the chat asking when sc2 would begin.
DHW peak was 20k viewers btw if I recall correctly.
