The current shop's alternative avatar interactivity requires us to scroll up or down to find an avatar then clicking it to see it appear on the right side for a 360 model preview. Rinse and repeat. Imagine if you wanted to browse the whole list. It's definitely a deterrent for many players. The design is obviously flawed. Most gamers would prefer visually recognizing the avatar than textually. In essence, we should be browsing through the avatars visually. We do not even need to see the names! My suggestion is to have a scroll with a highlight similar to this: http://www.iphoneworld.ca/wp-content.../07/photo2.jpg
And this is how it would behave:
We would only need to place our mouse over the list of names and then scroll our mouse wheel; You can even get fancy with it and add momentum and change it up. While it's scrolling, the avatar 360-preview would appear on the right side depending on the currently highlighted avatar. I think this would help many players find what they want more easily, and it is definitely more user friendly. I mean, no one goes through their closet reading through the list of clothes that they have to find what they want or need to wear right?
