at 33:43 you can see chipper gettin fissured by behemoth while Maliken powding dps on him while me as electrician comin down to assist gettin the kill on chip and for that i use my ulti but appearntly i killed chipper usin cleansing shock yet i had dealt 0 damage at him and cleansing shock shouldn't deal any damage asswell, so why did i get the kill ??

The last player to affect a target killed by a tower or creeps gets kill credit. Even debuffs like Sol's Bulwark's aura (on its initial application from moving into range) is capable of catching kill credit.
I haven't watched the replay, but that is the most likely answer.
