Pickup very early vestments. Anything that can disjoint that monarch crap is good or as i said sb is nice, when youre released from pod spin that <50% ra to death. Dm, mk, ramp etc works also.

my experience is that doesnt work, to spin u need to get near them aka monarch stuns u and ra stuns u and ur dead. u dont get the chance to ever get a mystic vestment.

Yes you do.... 400g is nothing... Second of all the monarch thing can be disjointed, start spinning whilst its in-air before it hits you. Also tried laning with slither? Slither especially early game is a pain for ra. If you fear a ra lane then dont go a buckler hatchet runes build if you cant play it safe enough

countered by acursed / jere to nem a few easy ones. There is nothing imba about such a lane. There is a lot of combos you can do like that (aoe stun hero / targeted stun hero)

Even if you dont happen to get anything directly useful against that lane your lane partner can jsut stun/cc/block ra as soon as monarch uses crippling pollean on you.

justtalked to a bunch of 1900s in drd they say it cant be countered by anything else than multiple ganks very early. im gonna go with their strats since i tried the 2 posted here and they didnt work.

Its not that my argument is invalid its that you're bad...

For ra to kill anything there he has to use his hp which makes him food for any bursty dps or swift. Ye accursed/jera also good. How is monarch even getting close to your support. And so what if your support dies?! If they focus your support you should be at high hp ready to rape ra. How is this hard to understand?!

srry too many high rated agree with me to make me change my mindset. one stun from monarch and ra and ur dead ra doesnt even need to go in, he can just cast a stun and go back.

If Monarch puts the butterfly on you, disjoint it. If she does it on Slither just push ra away. Slither should be able to harass Ra enough so he wont try it again.

Practice mode lvl 5 monarch + ra vs lvl 5 swift. Lvl 3 q lvl 2 w on mona lvl 3 q lvl 2 w on ra ( build youd never go) swift has 701 hp without items. About 190 hp left after taking full dmg from both... And q stun only 2.5 sec on monarch there... With 400g on vestments that is 290 hp... This is taking full durations from q and w on both heroes and never spinning or moving.

Yes this is not counting autoattacks but in a real scenario youd have a lanepartner and use spin/brain aswell.

Any doublestun or stun+burst lane can easily kill paper Monarch.
She dies so easily, you can mostly prevent her from using her cocoon - and even if she does you still get a lot of time to walk away.

Ra solo is no real danger unless you are incapable of walking away from his stun.

There are two approaches you can take

1. Be more aggressive than they are and kill Monarch. This can be achieved with the traditional pyro mag lane or any other kill lane

2. Lane with accursed, simple as that. Shield removes Monarch's immobolize/silence and protects you from a lot of the damage. Dsham also works

Yeah accursed works, and drunken + slither works, those 2 are wonders so far.

i guess if u dont have accursed dm or slith as a pick, dsham could work too, would prefer accursed over all tho ahh well, question answered.

2 S2 heroes can really only be countered with 2 EA S2 heroes. So get your credit card out.
