i lost 200 mmr i go up to 1600 and then i drop to 1300 and then i go back up its like a rollercoaster
if ure stuck in 1500 u belong in 1500, on every single account i own, im 1700+ if i make a f2p account i will get it to 1700 aswell without any problems, i struggle to get higher than 1700 but thats because i belong in the 1700, altho i have reacently reached 1800 so i guess this is my place now, unless i was just lucky getting this high in wich case i will drop back down to 1700, get better, get higher
Gonna tell you a revelation bro : below 1600 its 1v9. Do not count on your mate noob 1200 mmr to carry you. even if your the best support you will have to change you'r mind if you wanna get your 1700 back. You should go half carry/Heavy ganker mid hero . You know that noob cannot take pression and concede very fast. Step 2 : gt a friends and combo & rape those lane. Just saying i was 1300 on a sub account yesterday and now he is 1600, i keep doing it.
OFC if you are in 1400 braket as an old 1700 and you do not mid : you deserve to loose.
They are bad to the fact : they do not communicate properly, They do not help you as intended. They do not know their hero role & item build oh and they do not ward at any moment!
I am stuck in X.
X is a retarded bracket.
I wish I was in atleast X+(100-200) bracket where it wasn't so bad.
Replace X as necessary where (X<2000).
Edit: Most people who are actually "stuck" in X, if they were to be put in X+(100-200) they would quickly fall due to lack of skill.
Edit2: Where (X >= 2000) I wish I was lower MMR so I could actually find some games, and not queue for 30 mins for +0/-1 game with 1800s.

rofl i see this thread every day and nothing changes
the scrubs will get stuck in their respective bracket and cry and complain and moan and *****, and the good players will simply win no matter the odds.
i carried my self outta the 1500's and still climbing to the 1700's easy, just pick one of these heroes:go mid get lvl 6 grab a rune gank till your the highest lvl and highet farmed = win. If your noobie team mates wont buy wards buy your own wards they only a 100 gold. Most of the time your team sees your winning them the game for them and they will most likely help you and listen too you ive found. Number one make sure u have wards up. number 2 dont rage at the noobs for being bad it wont help u win.
I didn't know that!
You're a carry-heavy player. Players in the 1300 bracket may not be the best teams you've ever been on, but if you can't consistently carry exceptionally well against this tier, it'll be rough doing so against better players. 1300 bracket = no wards and everyone makes a FrostBurn (1hour in of course) = farm all day as a carry. When you encounter good teams, they know how to stop carries well (pressure on lanes, wards, use of items like Storm Spirit, Sheepstick, etc.).
I made a smurf account (I am an average 1600 player for now) to improve my games without worrying about stats. I have actually been having more fun and playing with heroes I'm not great with and climbed to 1600 very fast.
I'm doing this to improve (mostly playing with different heroes) and then climb my main account when I get better. :3
Ok so I downloaded your tempest match.
First of all, given your team (and the fact you're temp!) You can buy the ward for yourself. Hell, you could even buy two wards, one for the rune and one for your own farming safety.
With that, you can farm the creeps closer to sil, so you can support her in her sidelane if need be.
Stack/Pull the creeps for poor silo, so she can get her own laning safety against andro and kraken.
11min PK is ok, but there are a few times you stammer about using your pk/ult, and you miss some prime opportunities. (see [replay]15:40, where two team mates are porting in and krak who had used his ult and andro were there, right next to eachother; 16min where you continuously walk back and forth wondering if you should ult until bomb prompts you; And a few other times during the game)
By 15min the other team is already raging at eachother.
1 ward is not considered 'warding' Especially at 16mins in the game (and then not another ward till ... Never? :s)
22 mins into the game and NOW you think rev wards against fayde is a good idea? (And then never do, demanding behe and sil buy eyes for Arma)
Not sure what you wanted behe to do while silenced by vindi, pk in alone? With vindi and his aura there? (And bomb was afk when he died)
[replay 31:20] I know you were waiting on your ult cd, but when you pulled the 5 man ult off, the only people left alive on your team was behe and sil, and behe had busted all his moves before, at the river.
[replay 33:30] Yep, that was a big mistake by arma there. He's getting too confident and goes out alone too much.
Overall, you got screwed by vindi. His ults/aura really shut both you and behe down. However, alot of those ults you landed were thanks to behe going in and ulti'ing, and you following up. Furthermore, your team most certainly followed up on your ulties as much as they could. And bomb never purposely KS'd with his ulti.
Just my thought, though I'm only 1650.

I'm flamebait even posting in this thread.
1400 is hellish because it's full of new players who are 600MMR quality. Every single game there's a 1-10 feeder -- if he's on your team, you lose. Luck of the team draw decides the game 95% of the time.
1300 is hell in a funny way. There are decent players (1700 quality) who are stuck here. They are insanely unlucky with teams - I know, I've queued with them. Their teammates are generally the 600MMRs on the way down.
1500 is True Hell. It's even more hellish than 1400 because its full of smurfs. Smurfs don't win games as often as feeders lose them but it ups the random factor to 98%. This means you're actually capable of influencing the result 1 in 50 games.
Now, if you're an 1800+ smurf, yes you can win those games sometimes. But probably only 70% of the time.
1600 you're finally free of the newbies. Players tend to be good at some role but bad in others. Still a ton of smurfs.
Never seen 1700.
So 1500 and under, most of the rules don't apply.
- Brown/OJ are sometimes the best players.
- Those 0.4 kdr generally pick a carry. If you support them, you've lost.
- Few ward, ever. Counterwarding is unbelievably rare.
- Most games, at least one team will have 3 carries.
- Players pick heroes they've never played before... or random.
- Anyone who picks
is invariably ****.
Even queuing TMM doesn't help - the standards there are about twice as high.
Best strategy seems to be praying. Either that or pick a mid carry and hope your team is good enough to keep towers up so you can farm 30mins. Or join a clan and abuse some lane combinations.
I'm sorry to say but it's a cake walk to get out of 1500.. Quite possibly the easiest thing to do.

enough said.
if you look closely, i accidentally won 2 games on my journey to 1k because i couldn't resist making EXACTLY 1 big play.
I've discovered 3 things:
1. below 1400, codex is core on EVERY hero. It demoralizes their team, boosts your stats, and makes an awesome *pew* noise with laser effects.
2. If you don't go mid you WILL NOT win. Even if you jungle. Go mid, play well, win the game. (semi-carry/gank mid. no hard carries, no support builds.)
3. These games are hella fun. If you aren't having fun, you're doing it wrong and you probably won't win. You will lose the occasional game where they throw harder than you can clean house, but enjoy the ride; there's always the next game.
You CAN support your way out of the low brackets, but it's different from playing support in high tier games. Tablet is core for support. The trick is to do your best to get everyone on the other team low, and then manually move the shitty wannabe carry into position so they can get the kills. Their items will be retarded, but in the end your team will have farm and theirs will not, so when the retards go running at each other, your side will have sticks and their side will have bruises.
The one thing you have to realize is this: Your team is never the cause of your loss. Yes they probably fed. Yes they probably didn't ward. But YOU did not carry hard enough. YOU did not get your 5+ ck/min so you could afford to ward (which is totally not even necessary down here :x) along with building your items and getting your annihilations. YOU did not boost their morale and prevent their 15 minute cc and tp's behind the pool. YOU did not win the game.
