Yes it's supposed to, it removes all StatusDebuffs if it procs successfully.

Yea, seems like it should be conveyed somewhere.
Seems like it should be balance-fixed, huge cooldown on dust of revelation makes it horrible in public. Yet shouldn't have any impact on on competitive games where the nomads invis would be heavily countered if he was ever picked.
