I'd love to have at least one example, what people should expect.
Its amazing that you are asking around on these forums. Hell, I'd even apply myself but I don't really know what I am supposed to create.

Also, Google "Gaming Banner". Change the Google search to display Images. That is a good idea of what is needed, in addition to the links provided above.

We dont need everything built right away. I was using all of those as an example. We will start with maybe 2-3 banners.

Compensation will be discussed on a per designer basis.
