Leave an offline player a quick message

When a player is not online and you want to tell them something what do you do?
I suggest adding a feature where you can leave a player a Short message. They will see this message when they log on. Some examples would be "ih at 6", "add this account" "x player is a griefer, don't tmm with him" " I reviewed your game and so on"
To prevent abuse there will be a limit to maybe 1 consecutive maybe 20 char limit for random people per 24 hours. It is reset if someone replys. You can say things like "add me lets play" there is no limit for clam members or friends.
Guess there would be a report feature for harassment or spam and 2 reports= you lose this feature
There is also an option you can click that says disable messages

alt idea: have this linked to your forum pm's. in the top theres a square called messages that sends you to a popup with your messages

Edit: s2 can also use this feature to notify players when they received a warning through RAP, and other uses and notifications
Also if you send someone coins to someone when they arnt on, you can leave them a message. Also it can be used along with referals
