1. make sure your turtle has a pickaxe
2. open the turtles command line interface by left clicking it
3. create a new file by typing 'edit startup'
4. enter this code

Those plugins are serverside; the standard Minecraft client will work(as long as it's the right version).

I used admin powers to make the Halloween themed spawn room, but I'll probably delete this tomorrow so that the world is 100% legit.

I'll also get that plugin that lets players lock chests, and perhaps contrive a system that allows regular uses add griefer protection to their creations.

Weird. The server is definitely up and I can connect just fine? Do you have minecraft version 1.8.1? Perhaps you need to edit your firewall rules.
