Forum Account Not Working + 7 Coins Away From Gemini

Was going to post about needing 7 more coins for Gemini (243) but I couldn't get on the forums at all. Logging on in game and site was correct, and the password was reset multiple times to make sure everything was correct.

The account is `MonarcH ; this is a friend's account. I can't log in at helpdesk either but the rest of the site (everything apart from forum/helpdesk) lets me log on just fine :c.

Once you visit the helpdesk, you need to create a NEW helpdesk account to make a support ticket.

Make sure your caps lock is not on while logging in, because your forum account and in-game account are the exact same account, thus your password is the same for both. Make sure you are typing it in correctly in both the forums and in-game.
