I found that there wasn't enough space in some of those fields to fill them out the way I wanted.
In fact I had to use the "Additional Details" field to justify why I had selected certain fields for the "A GM should be a:" question. As I felt they would look odd if they were selected with out justification. I do not envy the poor person who has to read my GM and Mod applications.
That would be, amongst others :P

Most likely next weekend we will be having another trials for our sbt community.
We need dedicated people who can play 5 games a week , have a decent knowledge of the game and can play in a semi competitive environment. (Pretty much don't suck)
We're looking for people that are 1800ish +
