Can someone tell me why you must be 18+ ?
I wanted to be a SBT ( i was 1823 pre 2.5 ) yet im only 13. Seems kind of unfair to me.
Mainly Mature levels / Bed times.

They are joking, the only one where it is strictly 18+ is GM for legal reasons. However the other positions do generally prefer people over 18 as they tend to be more mature.

Applied for GM once again. Really hope to make it this time, because GMs seem kind of understaffed, considering the wait time for a GM response in RAP feedback.
That's not a GMs responsibility so don't base anything off of that. GMs generally work in the shadows!

I know that, but it wouldn't hurt them to drop by to shed some light on some questionable cases, would it? Poor SGMs having to do that.

Volunteer work for S2 is a thankless job from the community. You get blamed for things you had nothing to do with. People assume you know everything and can solve all their problems even though you're just a normal user who spends a few hours a week helping out.
Volunteer work for S2 is a well appreciated job from S2. You get to talk with a lot of the staff and they show their appreciation in many ways. You make new friends and they make you feel really important even though you're just a normal user who spends a few hours a week helping out.
