Heroes Of Newerth Replays

Hello Community and/or Staff of Heroes Of Newerth.

I wasn't sure if this idea or matter had been addressed yet but i thought it would be a wonderful idea to discuss. Many games now days have a "Save Replay"/"Load Replay" Option, that allows players to save gameplay footage at the end of each match. I wasnt sure if you werent planning on putting this idea in the beta due to all the Beta Videos that would be spammed accross the internet, but i think it would be a great idea for not just E-sports industry but also casual gamers alike.

For Instance, the e-sports community could benefit from this idea in a few different ways, 1. Players who were serious enough would/could save each replay after a game too see how they played and what they could do next time to better there abilitys, 2. For the competitions and ladders out there hosting Heroes Of Newerth Events, this could allow players who werent able to make the match to "observe" or just teams wanting to have a sneak peak at other teams stratergys, to do so, and finnaly 3. Alllowing Administrators of these ladders to be able to check for any "sneaky" behaviour that may occur in years to come (heaven forbid).

Casual gamers on the other hand have a tendancy to always find themselves in wacky and unusal situation which they could then use to show the world and even make a "Machinima" out of. Players would also be able to contribute to the community in alot of different ways, from Video Characte Guides (VCG) or even quick battle scenes that they found interesting or exciting. The Ideas are endless.

Just recently i participated in a 1 hour and 36 minute game that ended in a very very VERY close loss to me. Though i did lose i was so happy with how my team and I played that i wanted to take quick snippets or even the whole video and show friends or communitys alike. Unfortuently the only problem i had was, i didn't record it and did not have any "Save Replay" Button at my disposal.

The Replay Option could and will improve both the Casual Gaming and E-sports Gamming Communitys. Both having completely different needs for the idea but both very good reasons.

If you check the main menu you should see there is a button you cannot click saying Replays. That's one of the features S2 have said they are working on and will be releases for the pre-purchaser's and other people who buy HoN (I think).

Also all hero builds and stuff like that when people play them and submit information will be available for those people

Agree'd stop writing posts about features that are already going to be implimented, they are pointless.

A replay function is already in the works and has been mentioned plenty of times and is one of the selling points of the game.
