Does anyone know where I can get a legit Ps2 bios without going to like, piratebay.org
I just got some controller usb adapters so I wanted to play some PS2 games on my PC with the controllers. I have the emulator but the site says that since it's illegal to distribute the bios they can't put it up without fear of being taking down since the emulator i guess is legal.
The *only* legitimate place to get a PS2 BIOS is from a PS2 that you own. You can install a modchip(which is legal though will void your already-expired warranty) to allow your PS2 to boot arbitrary code, burn a CD-R with a dumping utility, and plug in a storage device to hold it.
What he said. Also why would you want to play your games on a emulator? They run so slow on ps2 emus.
What a naughty thread -_-
