    All his nukes are weak as hell though. You basically have to get his W off for a long time to make great use of his Q, or you get E on yourself while R is active on the target, otherwise it won't be doing much.

    He's so horribly interdependent on all his skills being used in unison. And then they aren't even too good (150 sec CD on an ultimate that has an effect comparable to Hammerstorms Q on lvl3 - except that Hammer has 100 more AoE and 100 less castrange).

    His W, if used on max castrange breaks basically as soon as the animation is finished, and 1 second later the whole effect is gone already, so you almost want to stun the target with your Q first, just to get the damage and drain from W - but that's hardly intelligent, unless you have your ult ready before that to still get some actual damage out of Q.

    He feels really odd atm.

    I'm not implying that those heroes are by any means bad. I'm more or less wondering why all of these heroes have so much game-long utility. Most of the carries prior to this recent batch are vulnerable in the early game to offset their devastating carry potential later on. Now these new carries are useful if not downright strong all game long.

    Just played some games with Blitz, but he really feels useless now. There's too much you got to do to make his skills work. His individual skills are too useless.

    Blitz just seems generally underwhelming. It's just another example of the forced synergy being put into so many of the new heroes. Kinesis and Gravekeeper come to mind.

    And for a hero named "Blitz" that is supposed to be based around speed, why wouldn't he have a lower BAT, especially considering that he has a 450 attack range.

    a.) No farming
    b.) 450 attack range
    c.) No scaling
    d.) Bad primary statgain

    -> No carry
    Valk and Aluna work because they can farm, have 600 range, 2.7 and 2.8 primary gains, and Aluna actually has scaling, not only through her stun, but also through her now again lowered base attack time (unless that has been changed again).

    And how does spellshards fit into you wanting him to carry anyways?

    Blitz would be a MEDIOCRE hero if they didn't give him such shitty numbers.
    His nukes do less than 300 damage a piece, his stun is 2s tops, his speed boost isn't worth leveling because it only affects the duration, increasing it by a weak .75 seconds.

    He can't carry because he can't farm and his abilities do **** for damage, and he needs some form of survivability before being dangerous because his 450 range is too close to stay at a safe distance.

    He can't gank because his abilities require levels, and he has such shitty lane presence that he's wasted on mid, can't solo, and won't get ahead in a dual lane.

    He can barely support because his abilities all have such low numbers. His abilities are ALL less than 600 range, except for his ult (which might be the worst ult in the game, and isn't a support ult anyways).

    THE ONLY WAY to make Blitz useful in any way is to buff several of his abilities/as/ar/gains numbers. Just pick a few and boost them. His numbers are so bad all the way across the board.

    The times I've watched Blitz played he was always a bad Hag. Adjust the main stat to intelligence and his ability numbers, reduce cast time on his E and he might be the poor man's Dark Seer.

    I agree. I actually enjoy playing the hero because she's quite fun (the alt avatar because you know, thundercats) but as a hero, very very weak, can't farm, crap range, can't carry, can sometimes be a decent lane partner if played with a friend and well coordinated, but there are always much better alternatives. All in all, a very bad EA investment imo. Needs a boost, or will get completely shelved by players.

    I miss the old Vindi. I could just pick him and laugh while MK gets stunned to death. Now he can leap all over the place and kill you before you do anything.
