[0.1.61B] Staff of The Master tooltip mod

This was mainly a personal project to get started with some modding. But anyways.

Features:

Displays the effect Staff of the Master will have on the spell in the tooltip.
The info is taken directly from the HonWiki. Please let me know if some of the info is incorrect.




Incompatibility: Any mod that modifies the entities_en.str file.

This is my first mod, so bear with me if there are some errors .
If there's any interest in this then i'll keep working on it. Just reply if you got any feedback or suggestions for improvements.

Of course not It edits the entities_en.str file, which, in 1.50, many many heroes and items which you find in that file were nerfed. So, for the Mod to still work it has to be updated.

I'm working now to see if I myself can do it but with my actual programming experience that's probably not so possible x3

What sucks though is I wanted to do Software Design next year as a subject so I would learn things similar to this but my school decided they aren't running it ;/

Didn't take you long I had started to do it myself but I started writing in all the hero abilities from scratch I may have wasted time but eh, I actually enjoyed doing it... The funny thing is, just as I noticed that you had finished updating it already, I had just finished writing all the heroes boosts in to the entities_en.str file xD
