Unless im blind this is picklefish runetimer. Maybe I am fool but you changed only Author name, version, date, and team chat colors other then that its picklefish's code. You also didnt change weblink and original filenames.

I really don't see the problem of using this in pubs.

90% of newer players don't even bother to check runes (even with wards up) unless you spam ping them and write it to chat.
