This has bothered me for a long time.
Dimentional Link provides +36% base damage in a 900 AoE to ALL allies.
Lunar Glow provides +27% base damage in a 900 AoE to ONLY ranged allies.
First off there is the huge damage gap between the two and secondly, Lunar Glow only affects ranged units which is a MAJOR flaw compare to DLink yet Lunar Glow still provices less damage??????
IMO this definitly needs a fix, even Arachna's Precision can be apllied in this as it does the same as Lunar Glow except a +28% base damage.
Are all these diffrences really nessacary?
These are mostly ported number, and I can argue that Andromeda isn't a good a carry as Moon Queen.

Don't compare skills to skills. Specific skills are a small piece in the huge, delicious world of character balancing.
Probably because contrary to Moon Queen, Andromeda is not a carry. Dunno though, that's just my own guess.
MQ has much more carry potential than andro, as a support hero it's less dangerous to give her a better aura. MQ is pretty fine as it is.
Ever tried clashing with enemy Andro + MQ + Arach? The Aura stack hurts a lot, now you want to buff up MQ's aura to affect melee too?
