Is this a bannable offense? I see a lot of rampage players charge ppl from across the well which gives them the advantage to run at 522 ms untill they reach their place of destination. This is not fair for the opposing team. Its like having a free haste rune every 30 secs. The most unfair bit about this is that the rampage player hardly ever finishes his charge and p.ussies out before he reaches his target. Rampage shouldn't be able to charge ppl without being 500 units near a creepwave or so.
I'm getting tired of this unfair sportsmanship.

If not troll: Why would a position from which he can charge be illegal? That's like sayingcan't ult in a shadowed area because it hides her from enemy view and gives too much of an advantage.

It is not allowed and you should swear at them for cheating and afterwards report them with the RAP function.
Heroes shouldn't be allowed to use Portal Key unless the enemy can see them.

You're not allowed to be so far away from your teammates - this will result in "illogical refusal to participate in match".
And scout isn't allowed to ult from stealth, you have to unstealth before channeling. It's too unfair to be able to nuke from stealth. It's like fayde with codex while staying stealthed (the bug)
Oh and wild soul with bear mock following you for a kill is also reportable. Bring the banhammer brother!
