After watching the 2nd shoutcast, not much, but I believe that was Stridah's point of view? Anyway there wasn't the annoying vent push to talk button, and the camera was fine, so that's it really. That and avoid trying to explain your gamestah situation, that dragged on and made almost no sense at all ^^.
If that was stridah's though, one thing I'd try to avoid is map dragging the camera(click on it then edge center/move, it's smoother), and if you ever focus on item builds or whatever at a point, keep looking at the minimap so you can spot fights that might happen in the middle of your talk. Really though about items, just clicking the hero and giving a quick overview is enough, don't think that many people need an explanation on why a support hero builds an astrolabe.

Look at hero's items more often...it went like 30 minutes without seeing some people's items.
And yeah look at the minimap a lot to check for ganks.
Not only heroes items.
Look every two minutes for rune spawns.
Look for chicken going in any direction (you can see them on the map)
Look for other items like Booboo's items in game 2.
