is there any mod that can make Right Click skills ON/OFF permanent ?
example: take arach first skill, I want to press Q and turn it off and press again Q and turn it off without having to use mouse ...

Go to Options/Controls and bind a key for "Activate Ability [n] Secondary", where [n] is the skill number you need to auto-cast. (I think it's skill1 for Arachna, skill2 for Vindicator etc).
