Nomad's ult - Edge Counter

Anyway my question today is, what triggers Nomad's ult. Some time back i encountered a chipper while playing Nomad and he used tar toss on me. I used edge counter before tar hit but the tar did not trigger the counter which i found to be wierd.

Next is regarding what Nomad's ult does..
How come the tooltip doesn't say that it removes debuffs aswell?.

I understand that this is the case with the secondary debuff applied by Midas' spells. The one which debuffs target with a regeant thingy which reacts when combined with another secondary debuff of a different spell to stun the enemy.

Shouldn't Nomad's ult remove this secondary debuff aswell?

lastly i deal with Bloodhunter's ultimate. In the past, you used to be able to dispell his ultimate with nomad's ult but right now you can't anymore. (after you use edge counter on the follow up silence from BH, the debuff from hemorrhage is still active. Is this something to do with bloodhunter's ultimate being superior magic and therefore not dispellable?

If so, is nomad's ultimate intended to dispel superior magic debuffs or just regular magic?
IMO, as hes pretty shitty sometimes, edge counter should also be a superior magic dispel.

Nomad's ult only procs on damage, and this belongs in mechanics I would say, not bug reports.

Nope, it doesnt only proc on damage. It procs on single-target abilities as well, such as Panda Flick.

I already said it's working as intended & fine in another thread I rejected like this one. It doesn't work on non-damaging AoE calls IIRC
