Pyr's Void Plate
Void Talisman - 1500 gold
Platemail - 1400 gold
Mystic Vestments - 400 gold
Recipe - 1200 gold
Pyr's Void Plate
+10 Each Stat
+10 Armour
Passive - When hit with physical damage there is a 20% chance to activate Pyr's Void.
Pyr's Void - Renders one immune to physical damage for 1 second. Cooldown of 2 seconds.
So first of one might ask why is Mystic Vestments part of the recipe. Well with the Void Talisman one of its effects is -6.9 Magic Armour when its activated. So my thinking is this Item has to have something that "counters" that. So I added Mystic Vestments and "removed" the magic armour debuff.
This item is an anti-carry item. The more physical damage someone does the more physical damage you can avoid.
Its Hammertime
Sounds like an alternate way to calculate evasion. A 20 percent chance that physical damage will "miss" for 1 second.
The problem with these kinds of items you can get near invulnerable heroes since it is a different form of evasion. Imagine Chronos with wingbow, HotB and this. That is 25% rewind, then 22,5% chance of evasion (0,3 * 0,75) then 10,5 chance to activate this (0,525 * 0,2) and if that doesn't work (60% chance to negate all incoming damage) then you get a 70% chance to block 40 incoming damage. Not even counting all the armor he has.
With the cooldown of 2 secs it is like being invulnerable 50% of the time (imagine this one legionaire for example) so the cooldown definitely needs to be increased imho.
The concept is interesting though.
