Well today I just joined a game where someone, i thought was going to play properly but instead he was lowering his PSR. (losing without conceding for some reason) probably just to be a @55

So this account can play with a higher PSR account

and have their percentage lowered to increase PSR gain on the higher accounts

should it be allowed yes/no?

if so what can be done cause truthfully i don't really have any ideas concerning this
