I purchased the alt avatar for Lego and so did my friend and neither of us are able to use the alt.
On the list in the shop after we had purchased it shows
mstore_product842na for the name
and mstore_hero_legoniare for the bottom name
shows that we purchased it and the hero looks like regular lego with red armor.
You might wanna disable mods.
If that doesn't work contact Customer Support.
