You practically ended this thread in your first post. 750 players are already on a "newbie island", it's called being 750. They're in a separate section of the game and only players who are also in the dumpster have to deal with them. Don't hate on fellow baddies just because you belong on the "newbie island" with them.

You're being quite dense. They're practically already banned. For "normal" folks 750 MMR players don't exist at all. I honestly don't even know what kind of stuff goes on in sub-1300 games (though I'm rather curious). This whole point of this thread is a waste; 750 players are in their own special part of the game, banished in a realm where other players don't have to deal with them.

Beeing bad is and should never be a reason to ban someone.
Plus you are either trolling very successfull or you just cant admit that you play really bad, else you would never be at 1000 mmr.
MMR does actually work in you are in massive denial.

Maybe you know them but you for sure cant execute them, there are no good players below 1500 mmr ,no exceptions.
