Make Autobalance a mode.
My suggestion is simply to make a mode that automatically autobalances the game when it starts. This will make it easier for people who want to join a fair match by themselves (Which seems to be the vast majority of players) to find a game without worrying about hosts stacking teams.
Shuffle teams.
