Was just wondering if anyone knows if the replays are actually being saved at the moment because if/when we are finally able to view replays it would be cool if we could view some of the older games that we have saved the replay numbers from. Thanks

I believe they are being saved, sure I've heard it. Just not able to watch them at the moment.
If you save the match ID # of a game, you can watch the replay of it later once it's implemented.
I've read on some website that you could record your replays by using the console and that you could watch them after, but that there wasn't any interface in the replay.. If i find the website link again, i'll post it here.

If you are interested in looking at a few shoutcasts of some HoN games, then you can stream some from http://www.gamestah.com/gtv
Simply select 'Heroes of Newerth' from the drop-down menu on the right and it will bring up the three or four games which have been covered thusfar.
It should be noted that there are also dozens of DotA replays which, although have different heroes, can also help you to understand the strategy involved in high-level play.
