Currently:
Dust of Revelation - cancels channeling
Barbed Armor - cancels channeling
Mock of Brilliance - ONLY TOGGLE ABILITY THAT CANCELS CHANNELING
Proposed:
Dust of Revelation - can be activated while channeling
Barbed Armor - can be activated while channeling
Mock of Brilliance - can be toggled while channeling
Reason for Barbed Armor:
All other protective items can be activated without interrupting channeling. These other items are Assassin's Shroud, Shrunken Head, Void Talisman, and even Frostfield Plate. Why not Barbed Armor?
Reason for Mock of Brillance:
Toggling any other item will not interrupt channeling. These other items are Ring of Teacher, Refreshing Ornament, Nome's Wisdom, Abyssal Skull, Steamboots, Sol's Bulwark, Harkon's Blade, and even Insanitarius. Why not Mock of Brilliance?
Reason for Dust of Revelation:
Dust is often purchased by support heroes. Support heroes are much more likely to have channeling. Imagine portal keying in with Tempest and grabbing a Night Hound only to have him disappear DURING your ultimate. If Frostfield plate (a much more aggressive ability) can be used without interruption then I see no reason for Dust of Revelation to be excluded.

Uhh just saying, Tempest's ultimate reveals things in a 900 AoE for 3 seconds, just like TB's ult. Not sure about Dust, but I'll script the other 2

Awesome. When I came up with the Tempest hypothetical scenario I didn't actually put any thought into it, as you pointed out.
Thanks though. It would truly be nice to activate barbed armor during channeling. After all, once you start channeling it just screams "focus me!"

Element. I have a question now that Macro has touched this.
While playingI noticed I can toggle Mock on and off and remain invisible (from first ability).
If I toggle Bulwark on and off it breaks my invis. Should this happen?
Invis breaking is fine cause it's shared by most toggles & you can only do that for a per-spell basis, so I'm not fixing that (code fix much easier & practical)

in no way should barbed armor be activated during channelling. That's why you gotta turn it on before doing it. Imagine succubus activating this during her ult. and like 5 people jump on her. She shoulda have activated barbed armor "knowing" she'll be pounced on. Then again, I feel you. If 99% of all items work during channelling. Then why shouldn't barbed armor work also.
Wanna diss delusional people? Make Zeph, Chronos, Tempest, Magebane and Electrican heroes only available to PREPURCHASE or only 30$
I didn't know these items broke channelling... It seems all rather silly that they do break it :/

I like the idea.
It would be nice too if taunting would be possible while channeling. Espacially with VoodoJester or in some situations Tempest. A little change with a little effect... but an effect...![]()
