Ventrilo + HoN issue

Hey, not sure if this is the right place for this question or not, so go easy if I'm wrong . When I try to use Ventrilo while playing HoN, it won't work. My push-to-talk button for Ventrilo won't even activate my mic for me to talk on Vent. I've tried starting Ventrilo first, then HoN, as well as starting HoN first and then Ventrilo both and neither works. Any suggestions?

You can also disable UAC if that isn't a problem for you. However Run as Administrator will work just fine.

Yep , this is an internal issue with vent itself.

Needs to be ran in Admin, or can't use push to talk when game is maximized.

To get Ventrilo to work on Windows Vista/7 while in game.

Right-click the Ventrilo shortcut -> Properties -> Compatibility tab -> select the checkbox for Run this program as an administrator.

Now each time you use Ventrilo, just like HoN it will ask for you to click continue to allow the administrator privileges and your hotkeys for Ventrilo will work in game.
