Well the point with the mod was that the buttons shouldn't need anything extra for a new player if they were postioned in the expected way. Right now new players will make the mistake of clicking on the wrong side(becuase the don't expect that option to be on that side), while if it's changed back currents player who have got used to it need to readjust(thus a small aid while that happens). I don't think anything on top of the correct orientation would be needed in the long term, so that much extra isn't needed.

Well, OK. I just looked through Windows, Gnome, KDE and MacOSX and here's what I saw:

Windowing systems that use "OK" then "Cancel":
    1. Windows
    2. Gnome (Linux)
    3. KDE (Linux)

Windowing systems that use "Cancel" then "OK":
    1. MacOSX

Maybe the S2 UI designer is a Mac user?

Wow thanks for that info. I didn't know Macs did things the other way around. Are Gnome and KDE Linux based OS's?

However I assume the majority user base is using Windows, not a Mac OS. Windows and Linux users together surely must outnumber Mac users greatly. I think they should change it so it either matches the "OK"(left) then "Cancel"(right), or make it default to the setup of the OS. I.e leave it the way it is only for Macs.

Yes Gnome and KDE are the two most popular Linux desktop window managers.

    Makes sense.

i like the icon bit as it adds flavor to it other than that this is really rather pointless. whether you're use to cancel/ok or ok/cancel (i've been using a windows computer for about ~16 years and linux/mac for about a year but it's not hard to read...if you don't read or even by default with the red text then you prolly have tons of spyware on your computer or you're retarded)

but yea sensible and tasteful icons would be a plus most definitely

Updated for 1.52. I've left the red text in place due to the requests, and so it's exactly the same as my suggestion thread for it(in my sig).

Thanks, I think it's fixed now. I'll make sure to manully copy the link instead of using mediafire's button from now on, I think that will solve that happening again.

The forums had work dne on them causeing the time setting to get screwed up making posts go out of order, it's supposed to be fixed now but I'm not sure. If that post keeps staying at the end of the thread I'll get a mod to remove it.

Are you using the honmod, and have you got the latest version. I forgot to update the thread title that it was updated again on the 5/12(updated it now). That version is working fine for me as far as I know.

    http://www.mediafire.com/file/2zfnjm...nSwitch.honmod

Try using the honmod from that link(version 1.1.2) replacing the old copy, and tell me if it works or not. You're only using only honmods right, no s2z files?

If it comes up with that error still, I'd say it may be because of another mod you're using.

If so try the honmod in that link by itself with no other mods to check if it works by itself. If it does continue to add mods back one by one until you find the incompatible mod.

thank you jager. that link works great. i wonder why the OP link or the repo link wouldnt work for me..

every other functionality works perfectly, including cancel, and the mod that lets you leave team when press disband button

I updated the OP link with that one as well, just in case I uploaded the wrong version(only 1/2 fixed of something), maybe I did.

The repo link wouldn't have been updated at all though, I forgot to ask Maxghost to update it. On that now, thanks for the reminder.
