Passive: Blocks Y attack damage where Y is one quarter of the attacker's primary attribute.

Uses: Good on squishy AGI carries or INT supports that need to stay in the fight without getting nuked down instantly. An alternate for Nullstone for when the other team has a lot of AoE damage.
